What is your policy about threatening weather?
You have the right to cancel because of severe weather conditions up to two (2) hours prior to your event. If you decide to keep the rental as scheduled, you are required to pay as scheduled.
What if it begins to rain during my event?
If it begins to rain while the bouncer is inflated at your event, you must unplug the blower immediately and deflate it to prevent it from shorting out. When it stops raining, you can plug it back in and re-inflate with no problems.
Can a Bouncer or Inflatable be set up on cement?
It is not our first choice but we can lay down a tarp and set it up as long as the driveway or concrete slab is completely flat.
Is a Deposit Required?
No, we do not require a deposit to rent a unit however, payment in full is reqired at time of
set- up either by cash or check.
